You can pre-order it at scholastic.com. OMG!!! It's blue! yes! :) I will continue with my speculation of what this book contains AFTER I finish the post I was working on before I saw this amazing news.
I'll also look out for ways you can get an advanced reading copy! That would be amazing!
Maybe she'll do a writing contest like she did for Catching Fire. I hope so! Cross your fingers! XXX

I read on the Scholastic post that they aren't doing any ARCs of Mockingjay. =[
They want everyone (even press people) to finish it together without the risk of spoilers. So, even legit reviewers/critics won't get it.
I don't want to be spoiled. So I think that's a good thing. Although, I really wish I could've gotten one!

their making a movie!?!?!!?! oh my gosh there is another heaven on earth! there are 6... the 3 books and 3 movies of the books (if they make them) but i feel so accomplished that i pre-ordered the book long befor it had a name. when there were 254 days left!!!!!!
